Prospective parents are usually required to pay compensation for the surrogate mother's pregnancy and birth of a healthy child, preparation of all necessary documents for the registration of the child and registration themselves as legal biological parents, as well as additional compensation for the restoration of health after pregnancy and childbirth.
Usually the transfer of money is made after the registration of the child in the registry office and registration of prospective parents as the parents of a child born, which takes around ten (10) working days.
In case of failure to obtain actual pregnancy through no fault of surrogate mother, prospective parents cover her travel expenses and sometimes pay an additional compensation.
In the event of termination of pregnancy (miscarriage) that is not the fault of the surrogate mother, potential parents also pay compensation for the restoration of health.
