The program in Europe (Ukraine) provides the all-inclusive package of services, as the organisational, medical and legal support is included in the price. Also, additionally we can organize the childbirth for your surrogate mother on the territory of EU/your country.

Please, note, the reimbursement of surrogate mother`s expenses is paid directly to her and is not included in the package of services “All-inclusive in Europe”.

Selection and comprehensive medical examination of surrogate mother (SM)
Selection of surrogate mother candidates according to individual criteria, psychological diagnosis and medical examination of SM to confirm the possibility of IVF procedure, followed by a pregnancy and childbirth by SM
Legal support of the program until the childbirth
Legal support of the program prior to entering into surrogacy contract, its compilation, translation and notarization. Documenting the SM husband’s consent to participate in the program. This service does not include the cost of the visit of our lawyer to the country of the intended parents.
IVF program + ICSI + Donor’s program + Surrogacy (medicines included)
Synchronization of cycles of the client (oocyte donor) and surrogate mother, monitoring of ovarian response to stimulation, fertilization of the client’s (donor`s) egg, preparation of the endometrium of a surrogate mother to embryo transfer, IVF, support of embryo implantation and it’s early development until a pregnancy test. Attempts of embryonic transfer into the body of surrogate mother would be continued until the frozen embryos are stored.

At the request of the parent / parents cryopreservation of embryos left over after IVF and storage for 6 months.

Routine prenatal care after SM in the clinic, diagnostics, ultrasound, laboratory tests for the entire period, including preparations for maintenance of pregnancy, vitamins.

The organization of childbirth
Selection of the hospital in Eastern Europe, organization of medical support, conducting the process of delivery, cesarean section (if required) and SM stay in the maternity department. Medications and anesthesia are included.
DNA diagnostics
Conducting DNA diagnostics to determine the degree of relationship of parents and child after birth. (If necessary it is possible to conduct diagnosis during pregnancy).
Supervision and control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations
Full control of a SM, providing parents with detailed information on SM compliance with medical requirements of the program; assistance in urgent situations during pregnancy and childbirth, control of purchasing and taking medicines by surrogate mother; аppointments with doctors; informing prospective parents about the surrogate mother’s visits to the clinic, the control over the fulfillment of doctor`s recommendations during pregnancy; assisting the SM during visits to the clinic; all transport costs; translation, notarization and legalization of the parent / parents documents (passports, marriage and other certificates, etc.) to further obtaining a birth certificate for a child. Helping in the design and registration of documents for the child, including the child’s birth certificate, for further submission of documents to the embassy. Translation and legalization of birth certificate. Legal services are offered in Eastern Europe after the baby is born.

Reimbursement of surrogate’s expenses
Surrogate’s travel expenses are reimbursed by Intended Parents in the amount equivalent of 1000 Euro (100 Euro monthly during the period of 10 months)

24 Chromosome PGD is a new comprehensive chromosomal screening of embryos that examines all chromosomes for abnormalities. It appears that biopsy of the embryo on day 5 (Blastocyst stage) may give more accurate results which are not as affected by mosaicism as well as not being as detrimental to embryo growth. This technique is known as trophectoderm biopsy.
Benefits:
